1. Sales invoice must accompany all returns or refunds.


  2. Exchange parts must be turned in at the time of purchase or a core charge will be applied. The core charge will be refunded if the exchange parts are brought in within 30 days.


  3. Parts are guaranteed for 90 days unless specified otherwise. Replacement or refund on parts only; no labor guarantee. Parts special ordered carry the warranty of that vendor.


  4. Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block and excessive smoking within 90 days of purchase unless specified otherwise. Engine accessories are not guaranteed.


  5. Defective transmissions, rear ends and engines must be returned to the seller installed in the vehicle for the purpose of analysis before warranty coverage will be considered.


  6. New fluids, filters, seals and gaskets must be used in installation of part. Engine oil must be of the proper viscosity for the season of the year. Transmission oil must be the type recommended by the manufacturer of the vehicle.


  7. Warranty does not cover claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance or improper installation.


  8. Warranty does not cover parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or any part used under conditions that would be greater than normal wear.


  9. No returns on parts under $10.00.


  10. Parts not defective may be returned within 7 days of purchase. These are subject to acceptance by dismantler and are subject to 20% handling charge if accepted. Altered or damaged parts are not subject to return. Body sections which have been cut to order are not returnable. To be returnable, the part must be in the same condition as when sold. It is agreed that the sole determiner of condition for return is seller. Buyer agrees to any inspection dictated by seller and agrees that seller has right not to accept returned used merchandise is, at seller's discretion, he believes condition has changed from date of sale.
